20mg / 12.5mg (Lisinopril + Hydrochlorotiazide)
1 or 2 tablets maximum per a day.
Description about this medicine

Tensikey Complex is a combination medication of Lisinopril + hydrochlorothiazide that offers dual benefits for hypertension management. Lisinopril, an ACE inhibitor, relaxes blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, while hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic, promotes salt and water excretion, further aiding blood pressure control. The combination enhances efficacy, often requiring lower individual drug doses, minimizing side effects. This combination is convenient for patients with fluid retention and high blood pressure, providing comprehensive treatment. It is particularly advantageous for those who may not respond adequately to a single medication. Regular use can effectively manage hypertension, reducing the risk of cardiovascular events and enhancing overall cardiovascular health.

Indications

It contains two active ingredients: lisinopril, an anti-hypertensive which belongs to the group of those called angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE) and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic (medicine to urinate) that belongs to the thiacides group. Both compounds present complementary mechanisms of action and they provoke an additional anti-hypertensive effect. It is indicated in the essential hypertension treatment, in patients in which lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide combined therapy is appropriate.
