The ankle bandage is made from a mixture of polyamide, elastane. It provides a soft, light and breathable material which, with the anatomical design, makes it easy to place on the ankle. The ankle bandage has a coating of microcapsules with Arnica, known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
This ankle bandage has a coating of microcapsules which contain extract from Arnica Montana. Arnica is a plant that grows mainly in Siberia and Central Europe as well as temperate climates in North America. The plant's flowers are used in medicine and have anti-inflammatory properties. Arnica is mostly used for pain caused by osteoarthritis or the like.
The extract from the microcapsules is released when you move and thus relieve your pain during activity. The microcapsules cannot be seen with the naked eye. No visible liquid comes out either. In return, the release of the Arnica extract provides a pain-relieving effect. If you feel that the pain-relieving effect is starting to wear off, wash the bandage. When you wash the ankle bandage, some of the coating is removed, which brings new microcapsules to the surface. There are microcapsules for approx. 20 washes if you wash under normal conditions and follow the instructions. The bandage will then function as a normal woven bandage with compression.
Arnipro recommends that you rub the ankle bandage between your hands before putting it on. This will break the microcapsules and the pain-relieving effect will work immediately.

Wash regularly by hand with a neutral soap. Do not use bleach or other chemical cleaning agents. The product must dry naturally and must not be exposed to direct heat sources such as irons, stoves, heaters, radiators, direct sunlight, etc. During use or during washing, do not use alcohols, ointments or solvents. If the product is not dried properly, there may be residues of detergent that irritate the skin and damage the product.
